Zeeshan Noushery & Dairy.

Since opening our first shop in Nottingham in 2021, Zeeshan Noushery & Dairy's mission has been simple. To serve freshly made food and good organic food, while also trying to do the right thing.

• We’re doing everything we can to reduce our impact on the environment and to help make caring for our planet that little bit easier for our customers and teams.
• At Zeeshan Noushery & Dairy we work hard, have fun and enjoy some brilliant perks along the way. You can't hire someone who can make sandwiches and teach them to be passionate. So we hire passionate people and teach them to make sandwiches.
• We have long-standing relationships with our farmers and take time to train up each and every one of our brilliant Baristas. It's just much better this way.

That's why our food is made in our shop kitchens throughout the day and our unsold food is donated to food rescue partners at the end of every day. . That's also why our coffee is 100% organic (and always will be) and our Coffee Fund is supporting the next generation of farmers. It's (partly) what we think makes Zeeshan Noushery & Dairy's special.
